Christian Science Literature. Another good way to learn more about the practical application of Christian Science to daily life is to investigate the literature published by the church. The Christian Science Sentinel is a weekly magazine, and the Christian Science Journal appears monthly. Both have articles on how spiritual understanding can transform everyday life, as well as testimonies from those who have been healed through Christian Science. In fact, many people who are not Christian Scientists read them for guidance and inspiration for their own spiritual journey. Free copies of both publications are in literature racks outside our church and outside our Reading Room. In addition, you can buy current copies in the Reading Room and order a subscription there or though the Website of our denomination's headquarters (www.churchofchristscientist.org). You can discover a variety of other kinds of literature in the previous Website or in a Christian Science Reading Room. For example, there are pamphlets and audio (CDs and cassette) presentations on a wide variety of human concerns. And the Christian Science Herald offers similar editorial content to the Journal or Sentinel, but in any of a variety of other languages.
